Getting Started with Omniduck

Welcome to the Omniduck documentation! This guide will help you get started with our platform and make the most of its features.

Setting Up Your Account

After signing up for Omniduck, you'll need to set up your account and connect your communication channels. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Log in to your Omniduck dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Settings section
  3. Complete your profile information
  4. Connect your first channel (Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram)

Connecting Channels

Omniduck supports multiple communication channels. Here's how to connect each one:

  • Facebook Messenger: Go to Channels → Facebook → Connect and follow the authentication process
  • WhatsApp: Go to Channels → WhatsApp → Connect and follow the setup instructions
  • Instagram: Go to Channels → Instagram → Connect and authorize your account

Managing Conversations

Once your channels are connected, you'll start receiving messages in your unified inbox. Here's how to manage conversations effectively:

  • Use filters to sort conversations by channel, status, or agent
  • Assign conversations to team members
  • Use tags to categorize conversations
  • Create saved responses for common questions
